Meet The Founder

Founder, lash artist, and lash educator Jen’s dedication to both beauty and business propels her mission to empower others through Allure Artistry Co. As the driving force behind our operations, she plays a pivotal role in every aspect of the business, from client interactions to behind-the-scenes management and business development.

With over a decade of diverse business experience since 2015, Jen transformed her passion for beauty into a reality in 2016 while balancing a corporate role in early childhood alongside her home-based lash business. In 2022, she expanded Allure Artistry by establishing the salon in Docklands.

Today, Jen continues to elevate and expand the business by honing her skills, attracting a community of like-minded clients, and innovating new avenues for growth. With Jen leading the way, Allure Artistry Co remains steadfastly committed to empowering clients through beauty and education.

Shayla

LASH TECHNICIAN

Shayla is an enthusiastic and dedicated lash technician whose career took off in April 2023. Her initial casual exploration of lashing quickly developed into a profound passion for the craft, which she now adores and pursues with great dedication.

Apart from her professional life, Shayla enjoys a vibrant personal life filled with various interests. She is a devoted dog lover, finding joy and companionship in her two beloved corgis, Waffles and Oreo, who are central to her daily happiness.

Fun fact: Shayla is an avid fan of Korean dramas, often immersing herself in their captivating stories as a cherished escape. Her active lifestyle is complemented by her participation in dance classes, which keep her spirited and physically fit. Shayla is also a self-proclaimed foodie, constantly seeking to try new cuisines and explore exciting eateries, and she welcomes any recommendations for great places to eat.
